Terms

    Terms of Service

    Last updated September 10, 2026.

    What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website — reading it, submitting the contact form, and using the chat assistant. They are an agreement between you and ZparX Marketing, of Huntsville, Alabama.

They are not the agreement for our services. If you become a client, what we deliver and what it costs is set out in a separate written agreement that you sign. That document governs the work; nothing on this website changes it, adds to it, or is a substitute for reading it. Where this page and a signed agreement appear to disagree, the signed agreement is the one that counts.

    Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or to submit someone else's personal information as if it were your own.

The contact form and the chat assistant are for genuine enquiries. We drop obvious automated submissions, and we may stop responding to anyone who abuses them.

    The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is software. It is there to answer questions about what we do and to point you to a person, and it is told to refuse rather than guess. It can still be wrong or out of date.

Nothing it says is a quote, an offer, or a commitment. Terms come from a written agreement and a conversation with a person, never from a chat window. Conversations are stored — see the Privacy Policy. Please don't type anything sensitive into it.

    Content and marketing claims

Articles, guides and pages here are published for general information. They describe how we approach the work; they are not advice for your specific business, and they do not promise a particular result for it. Marketing performance depends on your market, your budget, your offer and your follow-up, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Where we describe results, we mean what we have measured. We do not publish figures for a business we have not run ads for, and we do not make clinical or outcome claims in regulated industries.

    Our material

The name ZparX, the logo, the site's design and its written content belong to ZparX Marketing. Quote us with attribution; don't republish a page wholesale or present our material as your own.

    Links and third-party services

We link to other sites and use third-party services to run this one (they are listed in the Privacy Policy). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their practices.

    Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at any given moment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZparX Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits or replaces the obligations in a signed client agreement.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. A signed client agreement carries its own governing-law and dispute terms, and those apply to the work rather than these.

    Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version. Questions go to Jeremy@zparx.com.
